Nicky Crombie has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Nicky started at Durham Cathedral in 2011 as the Head of HR. Prior to that, Nicky worked as a Project Manager at Middlesbrough Redcar and Cleveland Community Services from 2007 to 2010. From 2002 to 2004, Nicky served as the Head of HR at Langbaurgh Primary Care Trust. Before that, from 1998 to 2002, Nicky worked as an HR Manager at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust. Nicky's career started in 1990 as an HR Officer at Cleveland County Council, where they worked until 1995.
Nicky Crombie's education history begins in 1982 when they attended Edge Hill University. They completed their Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Applied Social Sciences in 1985. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Teesside from 1992 to 1995, obtaining a Diploma in Personnel Management. Lastly, from 2004 to 2006, Nicky Crombie attended the University of Teesside again and obtained a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
