Fred Smith

Fred Smith has over 25 years of experience in the transportation and education sector. Fred began as the CFO at Little Rock School District in 1994 before moving on to become the Director of Business Development at First Student in 1996. Fred then transitioned to a similar role as Director of Business Development at Durham School Services in 2020.

Fred Smith pursued their MS in Accounting at Roosevelt University from 1974 to 1978. Fred continued their education at the University of Arkansas from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained their MBA in Operations Management.
