Nandish Koppram

Nandish Koppram has experience working as the Legal Head and Compliance officer at Duroflex since March 2021. In this role, they are responsible for drafting various legal documents, conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, negotiating leases, and drafting shareholder agreements. Prior to joining Duroflex, they worked as a Legal Consultant at Jus Lex from June 2011 to March 2021. In that role, they handled a wide range of legal matters including consumer forums, trial court work, arbitration cases, and advising clients on commercial contracts and agreements.

Nandish Koppram completed their education in a chronological manner. Nandish first attended Vasavi Educational Trust from 1994 to 2004 for their Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Then, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Pre University Certificate at SBMJC, focusing on Commerce. Finally, from 2006 to 2011, they studied Law at Christ University in Bangalore, earning a BA LLB degree.

Additionally, Nandish Koppram has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they received a certification in Capital Markets from Fortitude Learning and participated in a 3-day boot camp in Corporate Litigation and Arbitration, receiving a Certificate of Participation from LawSikho. Nandish has also completed a 2-day workshop on Joint Ventures taught by Ms. Paridhi Adani, a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, conducted by Bettering Results (BR). Furthermore, they have acquired knowledge in Corporate Drafting Learning from Legalis Nations. The obtained months and years for the latter two certifications are not provided.
