Jackie Thompson

Jackie Thompson has been working in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Big Lift Inspiring Summers Facilitator at San Mateo County Libraries, co-facilitating teaching of scholars entering kindergarten at El Granada Elementary School, assisting credentialed teachers with academic lessons in math and English, and teaching emotional mindfulness, yoga, and leading science experiments. In 2018, they worked as a Crown/Merrill Event Staff Manager at the University of California, Santa Cruz, successfully running events for clients at the Merrill Cultural Center. In 2020, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Field Support and Quality Assurance Intern at Dusty Robotics.

Jackie Thompson attended Carlmont High School from 2014 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma. From 2017 to 2021, they attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2022, they will begin their UX/UI Certification at UC Berkeley Extension.
