Victoria Tullett

Victoria Tullett has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Victoria is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior VP and General Counsel at Papa Murphy's International from May 2016 to October 2021. During their tenure at Papa Murphy's, they also took on the role of Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, where they were responsible for maintaining corporate compliance, managing legal matters, and overseeing corporate disclosures, policies, and investigations. Before joining Papa Murphy's, Victoria worked at KinderCare Learning Centers Inc. as an Associate Counsel and held the position of Attorney at Law at their own law firm, Victoria T. Blackwell, Attorney at Law. Victoria also gained experience as a Staff Attorney at Lane & Marshall, Defense Counsel at Southern Oregon Public Defenders, and Law Clerk at Francesconi & Associates. Victoria holds a wealth of experience in a variety of legal areas, including corporate, commercial, franchising, employment, and intellectual property law.

Victoria Tullett received a JD degree in Law from Lewis & Clark Law School (Northwestern School of Law) in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & History from Marquette University in 1989. In addition to their educational achievements, they hold a certification as a Certified Franchise Executive from the International Franchise Association.
