Marcel de Block

Marcel De Block is a seasoned professional in the film industry with extensive experience in financial and executive roles. As Co-Founder of Dutch Film Financing since October 2020 and Co-CEO and CFO of Dutch Filmworks since November 2009, Marcel has demonstrated leadership in film production and financing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance EMEA at NBA from May 2008 to December 2009, and holding multiple finance-related positions at Universal Pictures in various capacities from 2001 to 2008, including Country Manager and Finance Director for both local acquisitions and Central Europe. Marcel De Block holds a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, earned from 1998 to 2002.
