Andrea Schlechter

Andrea Schlechter has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Andrea began their career at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate in 2012 and worked there until 2016. Andrea then joined Anki as a Senior Corporate Accountant from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Confluent and served as an Accounting Manager until 2019, after which they became the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager until 2020. Since 2021, Andrea has been working at Dutchie, where they started as an Accounting Manager and then progressed to Senior Manager and currently holds the position of Director, Corporate Accounting.

Andrea Schlechter obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Management and Accounting from the University of Oregon, which they attended from 2006 to 2010.
