Kate Lagow

Kate LaGow is a seasoned professional in the cannabis industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Implementation Enterprise at Dutchie since May 2022. In this role, Kate oversees a team of implementation strategists to onboard dispensaries onto the Dutchie tech stack and collaborates with various internal teams to enhance cross-functional operations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Retail Operations at Remedy Maryland, where Kate implemented an organizational restructuring, managed two medical dispensaries, and facilitated a successful transition to curbside operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales University, along with multiple degrees in Wellness, Sustainability, and Culinary Arts.
