Rachel Harrington

Rachel Harrington is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Duty First Consulting, Rachel supports management and staff within the Human Capital Management team. As Artistic Director at Pandora’s Box Productions, Rachel has led numerous initiatives including staff training, performance evaluations, and the development of online learning programs. Previous roles include Theatre Teacher at Manassas City Public Schools and Old Bridge Preschool Director, where Rachel designed curricula, managed productions, and coordinated virtual training efforts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Theatre from George Mason University.
