Grant Munro

Grant Munro currently serves as the Head of Operations at Dutypoint since July 2023. Prior to this role, Grant held the position of Operations Director at Matcon Limited from January 2019 to July 2023. Grant's extensive experience in operations includes a tenure at SPX Cooling Technologies Ltd. from October 2007 to January 2019 as the Manager of UK Operations, and earlier roles as Engineering and Manufacturing Manager and Technical Manager within the same company. Grant's expertise encompasses staffing management, financial performance, compliance, facility maintenance, and the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma. Educationally, Grant holds a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Gloucester College of Art and Technology, completed in 1995.
