Nicole Whitaker

Nicole Whitaker has extensive experience in client services and account management, currently serving as Account Director at Duuzra since October 2014. In this role, Nicole focuses on building strong client relationships and addressing their needs to enhance trust and satisfaction. Previously, as Client Relationship Manager and Head of US Client Services, Nicole developed operational frameworks that streamlined operations for a licensed SAAS model and led a team dedicated to US client services. Additional roles at Duuzra included Project Manager, where Nicole ensured the successful execution of customized engagement software for client events, and Business Development Executive, responsible for identifying and vetting potential clients. Prior to Duuzra, Nicole held sales and management positions at CLEARLINK, Reyes Adobe Restaurant, and Canyons Resort, as well as roles in door-to-door sales early in Nicole's career.
