Shane Musarra

Shane Musarra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, performance management, and business intelligence. Shane founded and currently directs Dux Nuts Entertainment, showcasing entrepreneurial leadership since 2012. A role as Senior Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Airports from April to November 2024 involved leading procurement process enhancements through an ERP system replacement and developing a data migration strategy. Prior to that, Shane served as Senior Manager and Associate Manager of Performance Management at Dubai Airports from March 2018 to March 2022. Earlier roles at Synergy included various positions in performance and credit management, where Shane contributed to building business intelligence capabilities. Additionally, Shane held positions as a Resource Scheduler at Multipro IT and Workforce Planner at RAC WA. Educationally, Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Curtin University, completed between 2006 and 2009.
