Jessica Bottalla is an experienced HR and recruiting professional with a robust background in various industries, including trading and healthcare. Currently serving as the Director of HR and Recruiting at DV Trading LLC since January 2022, Jessica supports a rapidly expanding proprietary trading firm with a global presence. Prior to this, Jessica held similar leadership roles at Allston Trading and LifeWatch Services, Inc., enhancing talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. With previous experience in talent acquisition management at Merge Healthcare and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jessica has developed expertise in optimizing human resources operations across diverse sectors. Jessica holds a BA in Human Resources Management from Governors State University and is pursuing further education in Executive Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
