Peter Mattingly

Peter Mattingly has a diverse range of work experience in data analysis and research. Peter is currently working as a Data Analyst at dv01 since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Adjunct Professor and Adjunct Instructor at NYU School of Professional Studies from May 2020 to December 2022. Peter also worked as a Research Program Manager at NYS Office of Resilient Homes and Communities starting from August 2021. Peter was a Research Analyst at Urban Institute from April 2021 to April 2022. Further, they worked as a Data Analyst at Othering & Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley from September 2020 to September 2021. Peter gained research experience as a Research Intern at New American Economy from January 2020 to October 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Data Analysis Intern at Environmental Defense Fund from March 2019 to August 2019. Peter also served as a Data Visualization Consultant at New York University, Division of Libraries from May 2018 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Summer Research Assistant at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from June 2018 to July 2018. Lastly, Peter worked as an Inclusive Innovation Fellow at CIE Convergence of Innovation and Engineering from August 2017 to May 2018.

Peter Mattingly has a diverse education history, with multiple degrees and fields of study. Peter obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2014. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts in Applied Quantitative Research from New York University in 2018. Subsequently, they enrolled in the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and received a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis in 2020. Currently, they are studying at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and is expected to graduate in 2024 with a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
