Rebecka Elander

Rebecka Elander has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rebecka has worked as a Consultant at DVel since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Owner of RE dressage, where they served as an Entrepreneur in the horse sector and provided technological solutions. Rebecka had responsibilities such as horse and rider education, training, judging, and horse mediation. Rebecka also handled inventory management for Vetoquinol AB.

Rebecka worked as a QHorse Manager at EVIDENSIA HÄST AB from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the Qualisys system, including 24 IR Cameras. Rebecka developed standardized tests, calibrated and debugged the system, and trained colleagues to use and analyze the results.

From 2019 to 2021, Rebecka served as the Head of clinical research, Data Scientist, and Equine expert at Walkbeat. Rebecka also worked as an Amanuensis at Chalmers tekniska högskola from 2019 to 2020.

Additionally, Rebecka has experience as a Riding Instructor at Ranchens ridläger och ridskola from 2016 to 2020. Rebecka worked as a Logistics Consultant at IKEA from 2017 to 2019, and as a Production Staff member at Välinge Innovation AB in 2015.

Rebecka also has experience as a Pedagogue at Husensjö Förskola in 2014 and as a Store Employee at Gina Tricot AB in 2013.

Rebecka Elander has a diverse education history with a focus on science and engineering. Rebecka obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology at the same university from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their science-related degrees, Rebecka also holds a Bachelor's degree in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, which they earned from 2007 to 2010. Rebecka further pursued their academic interests in equestrian science, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from the same university during the same period.

Rebecka has also taken courses in languages and psychology. Rebecka studied Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian at Uppsala University in 2016-2017, and they pursued coursework in psychology, including personnel recruitment and selection and sports psychology at Lund University from 2006 to 2008.

Additionally, Rebecka has a background in mathematics, having completed coursework in the subject at Lund University from 2005 to 2006. Before their university studies, they obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Naturvetenskap med inriktning naturvetenskap from Olympiaskolan in 2003.

Rebecka also has a certification in Swedsec bolånelicens from Finansinspektionen, obtained in January 2022.
