Lara Dirven

Lara Dirven currently serves as an HR Business Partner at DVJ Insights since January 2024, following a tenure as Head of People Europe at Ready Education from April 2022 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an HR consultant at GGD GHOR Nederland and as a Legal Consultant at EIFFEL, where expertise in employment law was developed. Furthermore, Lara completed a Management Traineeship at de Vermeulen Groep and at YSE, focusing on professional development and coaching for young professionals. Earlier legal experience includes working as a Professional Support Lawyer at Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten and various internships in law firms and judicial settings. Lara holds multiple Master of Laws degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Groningen, with additional studies ongoing at the University of East Anglia.
