Gretchen McGill

Gretchen McGill is a highly experienced attorney and partner at Dvorak Law Group, LLC, since May 2016, specializing in litigation across various fields, including commercial disputes, construction, employment, and probate. Previously, as an Access to Justice Staff Attorney at Justice For Our Neighbors from February 2015 to May 2016, Gretchen worked to assist undocumented immigrant victims of crime, developing screening processes for immigration relief and conducting training for law enforcement. An independent contractor for the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2014-2015, Gretchen focused on compliance and policy review related to contracting. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy County Attorney at Sarpy County Attorney's Office, where over 100 criminal cases were tried, and as an associate at Kutak Rock, contributing to commercial litigation. Gretchen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
