Carlos Enrique Panchana Lopez

Carlos Enrique Panchana Lopez is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator and Budget Engineer at DVSANTOS since June 2017, Carlos has accumulated extensive expertise in budget development for construction projects. Previous experience includes roles at Holcim Ecuador as a Corrective & Preventive Maintenance Technician and Mechanical Project Technician, and at Santos CMI as an Estimator focusing on power generation and oil & gas projects. Carlos began a career at INMATOSA as a Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included the creation of as-built drawings and project layouts. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Industrial Eco-Efficiency and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
