Caroline Madsen

Caroline Lundholm Madsen serves as the Studio Manager at Benny Box since July 2024 while concurrently holding the position of Client Director and previously Client Manager at DWARF since November 2020, where expertise in client acquisition and consultancy services is applied. Prior to this, Caroline was the Head of Customer Journey & Marketing Automation at Profil Rejser from May 2018 to August 2020, overseeing Agillic operations, and also served as the Marketing Automation Manager, leading the implementation of the omnichannel system. Additional experience includes the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator at Nordisk Film from December 2016 to May 2018, managing diverse digital campaigns, and Graphic Designer at YouSee from January 2014 to December 2016, producing content for major brands. Caroline holds a degree in Multimediedesign from Copenhagen Business Academy and an STX degree from Vestfyns Gymnasium.
