Tara Smith began their career in 2010 as an Account Executive at Viacom, where they earned a solid reputation for infiltrating difficult markets and accelerating revenue growth. Her proudest moment was securing the largest digital deal in Viacom's history. In 2013, Smith was recruited by The Walt Disney Company, ABC Group as an Account Executive - Hybrid. In this role, they were a key contributor to rebranding ABC and generated a revenue increase of 61% within 4 months. Tara also drove innovation and created forward momentum via cutting-edge programs through original video series, nascent ad products, and social channels. In 2017, Smith became the Director of Sales at Dwell, where they were challenged to transforming the sales team and optimizing the marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
