Brett Flake has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, beginning in 2006 as a Technical Support Supervisor and Customer Service Representative for Convergys Corporation. In 2008, they moved on to Mutual Materials Company as a Software Engineer, working with Java, SQL, and Oracle database programming. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer and Network Administrator for Navigator Business Solutions, developing with VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET, WCF, Silverlight, and SAP Business One SDK. In 2011, they joined Solutionreach as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they were a Senior Software Engineer at inContact. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Chief Engineer at Banyan, Inc., creating an engineering department from scratch and driving the development of their project management process. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Technical Product Manager at Dwelo, before becoming a Senior Technical Product Manager for Level Home Inc. Additionally, in 2019, they co-founded and hosted the Utah CTO Show podcast.
