Jessica Bates

Jessica Bates is the current Managing Director & Head of Business Development at Dwight Funding. Prior to their current position, Jessica held the title of Director of Strategy, Business Development and Institutional Relationships at Biz2Credit, where they developed and managed strategic partnerships with Credit Funds, Family Offices, Hedge Funds and Commercial Banks to source financing for small to medium size businesses. Jessica began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst - Private Capital Markets at Barclays Investment Bank, where they partnered with clients across industries to assist in private capital raising efforts across a range of products including private equity, mezzanine, private investment in public equity and investment grade debt transactions. Jessica has also worked as a Summer Analyst at Barclays Capital.

Jessica Bates is currently working towards their degree in finance and accounting at the University of Virginia - McIntire School of Commerce. Jessica has also completed their associate degree in business administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Jessica is also certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in both the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam and the Uniform Securities Securities Agent State Law Exam.
