Jeremy Hayden

Jeremy Hayden is a Senior Product Support Engineer at IBM since October 2021, specializing in DevOps engineering and managed services for SevOne products, with expertise in Cisco HyperFlex, UCS infrastructure, VMware, and MySQL database administration. Concurrently, Jeremy serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Fire Service at Chippewa Valley Technical College and holds the position of President at the Durand Fire Relief Association, Inc., which supports local firefighters and emergency response teams. Prior to IBM, Jeremy accumulated extensive experience at SevOne and WIN, LLC, where roles spanned from Senior Product Support Engineer to Systems Engineer and Network Management Center Technician. Jeremy holds an Associate's degree in IT - Network Specialist from Chippewa Valley Technical College and has foundational education in Aviation from Saint Cloud State University.
