David Malančuk has a significant amount of experience in IT support and service account management. David started their career at Metrostav a.s. as an Ekonom from 2005 to 2006. From 2012 onwards, they held various roles, including Head of Client Service at Dworkin, Outsource IT Support and Service Account Manager at Remy-Cointreau, Biogen, Regus, Hudson, Egon Zehnder, and Wayra. David'sresponsibilities included professional IT service delivery and management, global team coordination and management, international business development, and country management in UAE and Vietnam.

David Malančuk obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. In 2011-2012, they also attended Waterford Institute of Technology to further their studies in Information Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Veeam Certified Engineer from Arrow ECS Middle East in 2015, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from University of Michigan in 2015, VMware vSphere 5.1: Install, Configure, Manage from VMware in 2013, and SAS Programming and Statistical Data Analysis from SAS in 2013.
