Ben Richards

Ben Richards is an experienced professional in the water industry, currently serving as Water Operational Response Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Smart Networks and Leakage Consultant at Stantec from January 2022 to October 2022. Ben's extensive career at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water began in April 2011, during which time Ben progressed from Distribution Inspector to Distribution Network Technician, Operations Supervisor, and ultimately, Distribution Performance Manager. Ben's experience also includes working as a Leakage Engineer at RPS from February 2009 to March 2011.
