Gavin Jacobsen

Gavin Jacobsen is currently employed as an ITS Request Analyst at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where responsibilities include assisting colleagues with hardware and software requests and procuring hardware for special orders and stock replenishments. Prior to this role, Gavin served as a 1st Line Customer Service Analyst, providing IT support through phone assistance and ticketing systems. With a background in various operational roles, Gavin has worked as a Warehouse Operative at Cefndy-Medequip and Vision Products, and as a Delivery Driver Helper for Ravenhouse Trust. Previous experience also includes positions such as Retail Assistant at The Range, Sound & Vision Tech at Ararat Baptist Church, and Support & Development Worker at Dimensions UK. Gavin holds an NVQ in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Coleg Glan Hafren, a BTEC in Music Technology from Coleg Gwent, and GCSE qualifications from Llanedeyrn High School.
