Sebastian P. Werner

Sebastian P. Werner has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Sebastian P. is currently the Head of Investment Strategy, Growth Equities, Americas at DWS Group, a position they have held since June 2010. In this role, they lead the portfolio management of various funds, including the Deutsche Capital Growth Fund, Deutsche US Large Cap Focus Fund, and Deutsche Global Growth Fund. Sebastian is responsible for all-cap and all sector growth investing in public equities and IPOs. Sebastian P. is currently based in New York, but previously worked in Frankfurt, Germany.

Before joining DWS Group, Sebastian worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Asset Management in the European Business School from September 2003 to August 2006.

Prior to that, they gained intern experience at AIG, Honeywell, and Bosch from 1999 to 2003.
