Andrew Goldschmidt started their work experience in 2007 as a Structural Engineer Intern at The Structural Shop Consulting Engineers. Then, in 2010, they joined Dwyer Instruments as an Inside Sales Engineer, providing technical assistance in various markets.
From 2012 to 2017, Andrew worked as a Field Sales Engineer at Dwyer Instruments, focusing on maximizing sales growth in specific regions and establishing distribution networks.
In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Dwyer Instruments, responsible for new product development and the growth of existing air quality, temperature, and process control instrumentation.
Recently, in 2021, Andrew became the HVAC Vertical Market Manager at Dwyer Instruments, and as of 2023, they have taken on the role of Director of Sales Enablement.
Andrew Goldschmidt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In 2018, they enrolled in the Supervisory Development Program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. In 2020, they began studying Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, & Analytics at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
