James Goldschmidt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. James began their career at NISOURCE, INC as a Performance Engineer in 1980 before moving on to Emerson Industrial Automation as an Operations Manager in 1987. In 1998, they joined RBC INC as a Corporate Operations Manager, where they stayed until 2001. James then served as the VP Operations at Northern Indiana Manufacturing from 2001 to 2003.
