Tom Alexander

Tom Alexander, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tom started their career at Microdyne Corp as the Corporate Director of Human Resources, where they worked for 10 years. Following that, they worked at Federal Signal Corporation as the Director of Human Resources for the Emergency One Vehicle Group. Tom then joined Schering Plough Corp as the Director of Human Resources for Dr. Scholl's Footcare Div. Afterwards, they moved to Echlin Corp, where they held multiple roles including Director of Human Resources - Fluid Systems Group and Director of Human Resources CVSG. Tom'smost recent position was at Dwyer Instruments, where they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. Tom Alexander, SPHR holds an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a BSBA in Marketing/Economics at Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business from 1972 to 1976. Tom also earned an ASBA in Marketing from Delaware Technical & Community College between 1972 and 1974.
