Thomas Pongo

Thomas Pongo serves as the Practice Lead for Portfolio Management at Phinest since December 2021, where responsibilities include organizing mentoring sessions, participation in recruitment interviews, and designing commercial offers for Portfolio Management. With a robust background in project and portfolio management across various client engagements, Thomas has effectively led efforts in establishing governance frameworks, enhancing demand management processes, and deploying portfolio management software. Previous roles include Project Management Officer at Croix-Rouge de Belgique, where contributions improved overall portfolio management maturity, and Project Manager in various capacities, focusing on strategic planning and operational reporting. Academic experience includes positions as a Visiting Lecturer at Université catholique de Louvain and Project Manager at the University of Liège, alongside a strong educational foundation in business administration and management, culminating in a PhD from Université catholique de Louvain.
