Gannon Sadzeck, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Engineering Intern at SeaquistPerfect Dispensing, where they gained exposure to large-scale manufacturing and implemented organizational systems. In the following year, they worked as an Engineering/Business Development Intern at Indeck Energy Services, exploring renewable energy integration and power distribution. In 2010, Gannon worked as a PDP Engineering Intern at BASF, providing technical support to the Site Engineering department. Gannon then joined Dow in 2011 as a Production Engineer and later became the Texas Cell Services Leader, managing diaphragm and membrane chlorine cell maintenance. Gannon joined Olin in 2015 and held several roles including Production Manager, Site Leader, and Production Leader, overseeing manufacturing units and improving processes. In 2021, they returned to DPC Industries, Inc. as an Assistant National Operations Manager and later became the National Operations Manager. Gannon then moved to Newlight Technologies, Inc. where they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing before eventually transitioning to their current role as Vice President of Business Operations at DPC Industries, Inc.
Gannon Sadzeck completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Gannon also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader from Dow.
