Cindy Gaddis, PMP®

Cindy Gaddis, PMP®, has a strong background in business development and growth strategy, with a focus on government contracting and technology solutions. Cindy is currently the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of Boots to Cyber (B2CyS), a company dedicated to training and employing veterans in cyberwarfare. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Catapult Growth Partners, where they provided growth advisory services to small and mid-market government contractors. Cindy also served as the Chief Growth Officer at DXterity Solutions, where they facilitated digital transformation for organizations. Cindy has experience in the federal space as the Director of Business Development at Groundswell and as the owner and President of CG Consults, which provided government contracting expertise to non-traditional contractors. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Advanced Technological Solutions, TargetGov, SAWTST, LLC, McLane Advanced Technologies, and 1st American Systems and Services. Cindy is known for their ability to form strategic partnerships, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Cindy Gaddis, PMP®, has a diverse education history. Cindy obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university, graduating in 2005. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Cindy attended Central Texas College from 2002 to 2003 and completed an Associate's degree in General studies.

In addition to their formal education, Cindy has obtained several certifications. Cindy earned the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2013. Cindy also possesses certifications from other institutions, including the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Foundation Group and LinkedIn. Cindy's commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in their pursuit of certifications and acquiring new skills.
