Matt Sandford

Fred Sandford is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in workplace technology management. Currently serving as the Workplace Technology Lead at dxw since September 2022, Fred oversees device management, service management, endpoint security, and compliance policies for a digital agency. Previously, as Head of IT at Wise from November 2014 to November 2021, Fred was responsible for strategy, budgeting, and supporting over 3,000 employees across multiple offices, while managing a team of about 70 individuals. Fred's earlier roles included IT Lead, IT Specialist, and Customer Support Agent at Wise, as well as positions in content writing and customer relationship management. With a background in designing power and lighting layouts and experience in procurement and project management, Fred brings a diverse skill set to technology leadership.
