Aaron Firman

Aaron Firman is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Dycom Industries, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Aaron held various roles at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, from March 2013 to August 2022, including Project Executive for significant projects such as Microsoft's Redmond Campus Modernization and the REI Corporate Headquarters. Earlier in Aaron's career, positions included Project Engineer and Senior Estimator at Turner Construction Company from January 2001 to March 2013, where major projects included a 300,000 square foot high-rise apartment building and the Columbia Data Center. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Engineering Science from SUNY Canton.
