Billy Rice

Billy Rice serves as the VP of Business Development at Dycom Industries, Inc. since November 2021. With extensive experience at AT&T spanning from January 1997 to January 2022, Billy Rice held several leadership roles, including Director of Construction and Engineering for North Texas and Oklahoma, where responsibilities included overseeing outside plant construction. Additionally, Billy Rice served as National Director for Construction Process and Quality, directed the Digital Electronics Group across the Midwest, and managed field operations for cell sites in multiple states. Billy Rice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Missouri Southern State University and furthered education at the University of Phoenix.
