Lillian Grist

Lillian Grist has extensive experience in business analytics and IT management, currently serving as IT Manager for Business Analytics at Dycom Industries, Inc. since February 2017, after progressing through roles as Lead Senior IT Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. Previously, Lillian held the position of Director of Business Analytics at Okinus, Inc., where leadership in agile project management and coaching junior analysts were key responsibilities. At T. Rowe Price, Lillian advanced through various roles, including Supervisor of Retail Account Management, focusing on team development, client relations, and implementing strategic policies. Lillian's career began with a foundation in marketing, earning both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from the University of Tampa, complemented by earlier experience in customer service and marketing internships.
