Ernst Treffers

Ernst Treffers currently serves as Team Lead of Product Management at DyeMansion, where leadership focuses on advancing additive manufacturing, particularly in coloring, smoothing, and surfacing polymer 3D parts. Previously, at Coherent Inc., Ernst held the position of Product Line Manager, overseeing the development of ultrafast and fiber laser sub-systems for various sectors including Automotive and mobile phones. As Managing Director and co-founder of Xpress Precision Engineering, Ernst contributed significantly to establishing the brand in the high-precision metrology industry, engaging in marketing, sales, product management, and strategic roles. Academically, Ernst holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship from the same institution.
