Oscar Pinto is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods and beverage industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Dyla Brands, Oscar has demonstrated leadership in overseeing a diverse team focused on demand and supply planning, procurement, eCommerce, and logistics since 2018. Prior to Dyla Brands, Oscar held key roles at L'Oréal as Director of Market Supply Logistics, where deliverables included achieving 100% on-time delivery for new product launches, and at Nestlé in various capacities, culminating as Factory Supply Chain Manager, achieving significant production growth and cost reductions. Oscar's career began at Unilever and Essel Propack Limited, showcasing a consistent track record of optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Oscar holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College Of Engineering, Pune.
