Tiffany Phillips holds a Master of Science in Leadership Development from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Northwest Missouri State University. Currently serving as HR Manager at DYMA Brands since March 2016, Tiffany has previously worked as an Operations Administrative Assistant at Kemin Industries and a Human Resources Representative at Altec Astoria, where responsibilities included managing hiring and payroll for a substantial workforce. Additionally, Tiffany held the position of Business Office Manager, overseeing daily invoicing and service body shipments, as well as serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Astoria Industries of Iowa, where coordination of company relocation and expansion efforts took place.
