Kurt D'Amato

Kurt D'Amato is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in strategic marketing, operations, and business development. Currently serving as COO and CMO at Dymic Digital since June 2019, Kurt leads revenue operations, finance, and creative teams while spearheading initiatives including brand repositioning and client engagement strategies. Previously, as Creative Director at Elevator Studio, Kurt collaborated with the CEO to shape brand strategy and oversee marketing communications. Kurt founded Insite Payment Solutions, providing tailored payment technologies for small to mid-sized businesses, and has worked as a freelance digital marketing strategist. Their earlier roles include COO and Director of Marketing at MeritCard, where operational growth and marketing strategies were executed successfully, as well as CEO of Total Machinery Corp., where Kurt achieved significant organizational turnaround. Kurt also owned and operated D'Amato & Associates, a well-regarded real estate appraisal firm.
