Ian Grieves

Ian Grieves is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading global companies and driving significant revenue growth. As President of DynaEnergetics since January 2013, Ian transformed the company from a local German entity into a global technology leader, increasing revenue from $65 million to over $300 million and spearheading the successful launch of the DynaStage™ perforating system. Previously, at Lydall, Ian held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Performance Materials, where innovative membrane technology development resulted in a $30 million exclusivity agreement. Ian's background also includes successful tenures at AAF Europe and AAF International BV, where strategic restructuring and operational improvements significantly enhanced financial performance. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Sunderland and completed strategic leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership, alongside being a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualified accountant.
