Rita Williams

Rita Williams has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rita started their career in 1986 at Lenscrafters, where they held various progressively responsible HR positions, gaining experience in recruiting, employee relations, policy development, compensation, and benefits. In 1996, they joined Citi and held various leadership roles, including HR Group Manager and HR Director, where they provided strategic HR leadership and managed HR teams supporting different business operations. Rita also served as the HR EVP and HR Managing Director, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business priorities. Rita recently joined Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. in 2019 as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant.

Rita Williams obtained a BBA degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Kentucky. In addition, they obtained a certification in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn in November 2018.
