John Conley

John brings 15 years of solar industry experience to his role as president. His current responsibilities include origination, sales and marketing, development, finance, policy, and new market development. John joined the Dynamic team from Tesla and SolarCity, where he managed commercial business development teams that successfully developed more than 400 megawatts of distributed generation and utility-scale solar and storage projects throughout the Americas over an eight-year period. Prior to joining Tesla, John was a director of project development at SunPower Corporation, where he developed some of the largest utility and distributed generation PV projects in the U.S. at the time.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, John was a captain of the basketball team there in 1993, and he was inducted into his home state of Maine’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019. He received a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth and a master’s degree in international business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
