Thomas Newman Pe

Thomas Newman, PE, is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in land development and project design. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC since August 2021, Thomas previously held various positions at Core States Group, including Project Engineer and Senior Project Designer, where responsibilities included designing site land development plans and preparing feasibility reports.
