Willem Visscher

Willem Visscher is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Dynamic People B.V. since May 2019, where responsibilities include organizational innovation, technological strategy maintenance, and alignment of technology vision with business goals. Previously, Willem held managerial roles at To-Increase and HiGH Software, focusing on talent development, revenue generation, and adoption of cloud technology and agile practices. Earlier in career, Willem led software engineering teams at HGH Business Consultancy, contributing to the creation of enterprise software solutions and providing technical expertise. Willem holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School, an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam, and a BICT in Bedrijfskundige Informatica from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
