Patria Nieves

Patria Nieves is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Dynamic Service Solutions since December 2021, Patria manages HR procedures, maintains an active HRIS database, and ensures compliance through internal audits. Prior to this role, Patria was the President and Owner of Hacienda Buena Vida, focusing on leadership, staff development, and resident well-being from January 2016 to December 2021. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Hospicio La Paz, where Patria oversaw recruitment and onboarding processes, and Human Resources Manager at Metropolitan Hospital “Dr. Susoni,” responsible for employee relations and staffing. Patria holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
