Jeff Higdon

Jeff Higdon is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in pre-construction and program management. Currently serving as Vice President of Pre-Construction at Dynamic Systems Inc. since January 2011, Jeff previously held leadership roles at Lend Lease Inc. and Bovis Lend Lease, where Jeff managed significant projects including public-private partnerships and large-scale developments for notable clients like BP. Throughout a career spanning over four decades in the construction industry, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in business development, project management, and design management, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Helios Plaza IST office building and the Kuala Lumpur City Center. Jeff holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M University.
