Robin Blackman

Robin Blackman is a Workforce Development Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor since August 2023. Prior to this role, Robin held various leadership positions at Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc., including Vice President of OACTS and President. Additionally, Robin has experience as the Vice President, Workforce Services Division Director, Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, Program Manager, and OACTS Manager at the same company. Before joining Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc., Robin worked as a BCL/WBL/SGA Coordinator at Management & Training Corporation from 2006 to 2008. Robin holds an Associate of Organizational Management degree and an Associates of Management degree from Phoenix College.
