Shimrit Elimelech

Shimrit Elimelech has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Shimrit currently holds the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Dynamic Yield, where they have been working since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Dynamic Yield from October 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Dynamic Yield, Shimrit worked at enSilo as a Talent Acquisition Leader from April 2018 to October 2019. Shimrit also held a similar role at IBM Trusteer from March 2013 to April 2018. At IBM Trusteer, Shimrit was responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process and partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Earlier in their career, Shimrit worked as a Recruitment and Welfare Coordinator at Radcom from August 2008 to February 2013. Overall, they have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on partnering with stakeholders and implementing effective strategies.

Shimrit Elimelech completed their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
